Please Make My Voice Heard
My name is Robyn Star Field. On April 22, 1986 I was murdered less than a block from my home by Warren Paxton Brown.
I was only thirteen years old when he and another of my school mates lured me into his house, strangled me, stripped me of my clothes, and with the help of his aunt, dumped my body in the Metroparks, but not before stopping by my house with my body in the back of the car and asking my family how my search was going.
This killer is up for parole in April and my family and friends are waging a campaign to convince the parole board that this crime should not be rewarded with freedom.
If you remember my murder and how it made you feel, If you have children of your own that you want to protect, If you are concerned with keeping your city safe, If you just don't believe that a murderer should be allowed to know freedom, please help.
The original Plain Dealer articles of Robyn's story, along with tributes in memory of Robyn are on the About Robyn page. The Albums page contains Robyn's life and story in both pictures and video (original TV broadcast clips). Recent news coverage can be found in Latest News.
